Mat Pilates for Tennis classes are designed to:

- Improve muscle length and strength 

- Reduce joint stiffness and muscle tension

- Increase flexibility and balance

- Support rehabilitation and recovery from injury

- Better manage back, neck and limb pain

- Improve recovery time between games
